Public Notice on Postponement of National Track and Field Championships

Following the Government guidelines, measures and directives against the spread of Coronavirus (COVID – 19) With the consideration of the health and well being of athletes, officials, spectators and the entire community, Rwanda Athletics Federation has a regret to inform the public that the National Track and Field Championships that was scheduled on 21st March 2020 is postponed to another date to be communicated in the future. Due to the global situation, which has seriously compromised events, RAF took a prudent precaution and suspended all international events that Rwandan Athletes were supposed to attend outside of the Country.
Rwanda Athletics Federation request all it’s members to join the worldwide efforts to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 Virus.
